- Tell the dispatcher your name and the company
that you are calling from.
- Let us know right away if someone
other than your company is paying for the job.
- Select a service
type: Direct Rush, Overnight, etc.
- Give dispatcher any reference
or job #, purchase order or cost center #’s, or any other
identifier that you would like to appear on your invoice.
- Tell us
when you would like the job done.
a) Tell the dispatcher if there is a strict,
absolute deadline (such as a bid proposal), so
that enough time can be allotted to ensure success.
b) Indicate the time that you would like the job
picked up and the time that you would like it delivered.
- Give
the dispatcher the pick-up address:
a) Please give us the name of the company or residence
that we are to pick up from.
b) Give us the complete street address, including
the name of any business or office park, residential
development they may be located in.
c) Let us know the floor the pick-up will be made
on and the room or suite number, if applicable.
d) Indicate the name and telephone number of our contact
(s) at this address.
- Give the dispatcher the delivery address:
a) Please give us the name of the company or residence that
we are to deliver to.
b) Give us the complete street address, including the name
of any business or office park, residential development
they may be located in.
c) Let us know the floor the delivery will be made to and
the room or suite number, if applicable.
d) Indicate the name and telephone number of our contact
(s) at this address.
- Please give us the amount of items
to be shipped, their approximate weight and if any items
are extremely bulky or fragile.
- Please let us know immediately
if there are any changes to this order
